Evey Merriman was wonderful. My problem had no issues with her. My vehicle was serviced multiple times with engine problems that an early diagnosis for the long block would have eliminated all concerns. The engine locked up and I was under the impression a long block was installed. All under warranty. 11 months passed but I was under the assumption it was still under warranty for one year. I found out the hard way. It was not. No one took into consideration how many times I had to bring if back for service for the same issue,no oil.
We dropped off our car for what we thought was a warranty covered service that would take 5 hours to complete. You had our vehicle for 2 weeks. Communication was terrible, and we were only updated when we would make multiple calls to find out what was going on. Jackie, the assistant manager, was the only one who it felt like understood why we were upset about the repeated delays and lack of communication. If she had not gotten involved and advocated for us, I genuinely do not know if we would have had our car back by now. I will NEVER bring my vehicle back to your facility, unless there is truly no other option.
Vinny Sroka was Wonderful! Honestly, l enjoy coming to your location, because the Service Dept always does their best. Vinny went above and beyond,,to help me feel less anxious about my Forester. The enimture Service Deptnis great. Though l live closer to the new Evergreen Park Subaru site, l will choose to return to Orland Park!
