Why does it take almost two hours for a simple job?
I was not happy when told they didn’t have the part(s) needed for the inhibitor recall even though I had made the appointment about 3 1/2 weeks earlier. After I loudly expressed my feelings, somehow the part(s) needed were supposedly found and my car was fixed. Honestly, I don’t know that I can trust that it was fixed. I do not have confidence in your service department any more. This has nothing do with Alex Mondero; he was very professional.
