I came in to address the Ghost issue. Justin did not try to side step this huge Subaru issue. He checked on my extended warranty before I asked. When I asked about next steps he explained how my replacement would be handled. He was professional, yet personable. He helped rebuild my trust in the Subaru products. Thank you Justin.

I was not happy when told they didn’t have the part(s) needed for the inhibitor recall even though I had made the appointment about 3 1/2 weeks earlier. After I loudly expressed my feelings, somehow the part(s) needed were supposedly found and my car was fixed. Honestly, I don’t know that I can trust that it was fixed. I do not have confidence in your service department any more. This has nothing do with Alex Mondero; he was very professional.
