I have dealt with Dominic several times. Frankly all these surveys are annoying. Why doesn’t the manager do their job instead of customers?
Dominic has been the person to fix my issues with other employees. He is an absolute asset to your department and if you need me to waste my time filling this out, you’re not doing your job.
I’m in my 3rd Subaru and have two daughters turning 16 soon. I have had a couple lousy experiences with other employees and the situations lacked manager involvement. I’m not a person who is anti management and sticking up for employees at all. I employ people too. But you should know Dominic is good.
Checked me in quickly, explained the process thoroughly, updated me on some findings, explained results, finished the service and checked out accordingly
