Maybe if something was broken on the car I can see that. But to try to convince me that I HAVE to pay almost $1500 and its REQUIRED? No price breakdown of what each service costs. Its shady business. Poor customer service. Poorly trained staff. I wont be returning to get my car serviced.

Jonathon was great to work with. He was detailed about the work needed and was fantastic communicating with me over the process—which took a few days for various reasons. He was able to get me a loaner vehicle which was fantastic because I don’t have a spare vehicle in my household.

There was a part being replaced to improve the AC performance. I told Ken that I will email him if it worked. I emailed him in the a.m. hours today and never got a response. The replacement of the part didn’t work. I was expecting that you would ask me if it worked and if not, you would offer a service to find out the reason.
