I’ve owned fords, Chevys, jeeps, Hondas, and Subarus, and they’ve all been to multiple different service centers. Dominik is hands down the best service center person I’ve ever encountered across any of these centers. He was courteous, communicative, helpful, and friendly. He deserves a raise.
Had several tire issues over the last two weeks and Vinny and the team took care of my family's vehicle like it's their own!

Alex provided exceptional customer service. He went above and beyond to take care of the battery issue and kept me informed with updates. Alex was one of the best customer service people at Subaru to date. Note: there was one other person in the past. Still, Alex exemplified a passion for caring about the customer experience. The experience was greatly appreciated.
The service Director was also great. He noticed me waiting, asked if I had been updated and checked in the progress.
I brought my car in for a brake inspection because I thought I needed new brakes. I was told my brakes were fine, as well as my rotors were fine. I left the facility and brakes began to grind and I could hear noise in my wheels when driving. I called back to make another appointment to bring my car for a repeat inspection because I believe there is definitely something wrong with my car's brakes. When I arrived back at the facility on Tuesday morning, I was met at my car and immediately told I would have to pay $200 for a brake inspection. I am now waiting to hear what's wrong with my car and my problem was not found on Friday. This is a huge waste of my time having to return a 2nd time.
