Evey was the best service advisor I’ve had there. She followed through with updates and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. She even removed paint marks from the doors that she noticed when I dropped the vehicle off.

Joey was ok, how I was overall treated by Subaru for my vehicle issue was inexcusable. I loved my car and actually talked 2 of my neighbors and a coworker into purchasing one. After this happened I will not be a repeat owner.

Vinny and the parts guy made it smooth. I called last week and the parts mgr put aside my Wilderness tire. I was in and with oil change and rotation done properly. Indy helped me find a coupon online.

Your staff needs to answer their phones and return missed calls and respond to voicemails. My recent calls and messages have not been answered. If I have a maintenance question about my vehicle (that I purchased from you), I believe you have a responsibility to make a knowledgeable person available to speak with me.
