You know your prices are rediculous . $600 for a battery installed is way too much. Always double talk as well. He told me one price out the door then called back when it was done and said oh I saved you money and then said a higher price. If I had known it was the battery I would have taken it to a local shop for a battery.
Vincent was excellent. I’m new to Subaru and this was my first time receiving service. I bought my car March of this year. Vincent was kind, patient. I told him what my issue was and he listened and walked through various scenarios to determine the possible root cause. He also consulted with a co-worker who was also kind and knowledgeable before confirming his assumptions. He then gave me the expected price. This was a wonderful first time experience!

Words cannot describe How livid I am at this dealership. Took my car in for an oil change and had. Items stolen off my vehicle and replaced by the dealership, without my knowledge or consent. Called the dealer twice, left. 2 messages did not get a reply. Seems I have no other recourse but to file. A police report and contact an attorney.

Ken was beyond helpful and with fast service with my car issue. There was an issue after scheduling my appointment and he fixed the problem immediately - he put the customers needs/issues first!!
Vincent helped me out on my service visit. I came in for an express oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted right away when I pulled up to the service area.. Vincent got my vehicle checked in right away and got me out of there in about an hour. Before leaving he also brought to my attention some service that may be required in the near future from the car inspection. Vincent did a great job. I would recommend him to other people.

I was charged $29.99 to have car washed and vacuumed. The last 10 years it was free. I wish I would have been told I was going to changed for it. I wouldn’t have done it. Only the passenger side was vacuumed.
Whoever did my oil change they forgot to put sticker indicating when the next service is due.

I wasn’t aware that the last walk in for an oil change was at 330pm. I live in Joliet but work in New Lenox. I showed up at 4pm. I have to say the gentleman who took care of me was so gracious. He told me about the walk in time for the oil change. He checked to see if someone was available to change the oil and there was. I have to say the service was amazing. Next time I’ll show up no later than 330pm. Thanks again.
