Part of the 120K service is a tire rotation, it was not performed, according to the record of work performed.
I was quoted 400 dollars to replace a tire with a screw in it. The screw was less than a centimeter and did not impact tire. Nobody checked. Thankfully I checked it myself. Washer fluid was not replenished despite my request.

This was my 3rd oil change and each time the car wash was down/broke . Just be honest and say you don’t offer the service anymore or you don’t have enough help . It’s how things are now , very little or no customer service with increasing prices.
