Hi, I took my car in for routine maintenance and the technicians noticed my ball barring needed to be replaced. They were replaced that day and an alignment was done. When I left, I noticed my alignment was completely off. So I had to bring my can back for a 2nd time. It was confirmed that my alignment was very off showing in red from the inspection. The previous time I came in for service, a similar thing happened. A part was supposed to be replaced but I had to come back 2 more times before it was done correctly. So I had to come in 3 times for one issue and 2 times for another when I was assured the repairs were made the first time. I purchased my vehicle new from you but having to come in 5 times for what should have only been 2 visits is really annoying and inconvenient.
The customer service from Ken was great. He is not the problem. He did everything he could, but he is not doing the repairs.
I am now expecting that all repairs at this dealership will not be preformed correctly the first or even the second time. This is very disappointing. The lack of consideration for my time, gas etc is just rude.
Greatly professional, polite, and took extra care to make sure I was well informed about my vehicle’s maintenance.
