I have been having issues with the car not starting and I tried other repair shops and they were unable to find the issue. The team at International Subaru did find the issue and fixed it in a timely manner. The Service Writer and Sam did an Awesome job addressing my concerns and fixed the problem . I am grateful they were able to help as my teenage daughter drives this car and I am hoping I no longer have to worry about her being stranded with a car that won’t start. Great Job!

Evey was very knowledgeable and professional. She explained the work being performed today and also gave me a breakdown of the services to be performed at my next service appointment. She also verified some of the work completed at my January 2024 appt is listed on the 60k service and will not be duplicated. A great experience!

Ken was very helpful but the vehicle would not replicate the incessant beeping issue while in for service. A vehicle less than 1 year old shouldn't have any issues. This one has no way to disconnect if it happens again, so then I have to hear the being noise until I can get it back in for service, and of course then bring it back for service. This is my first Subaru and I'm generally hasit with the purchase, but I'm not totally interested in retaining it if it continues to have problems. Also, I do appreciate the use of a loaner, but never in my life have I had to provide a declaration page from my insurance policy as well as an insurance card. That's a very onerous requirement.
