I had my oil changes twice on my 2024 crosstrek both times. They overfilled twice,I was told that is ok.Called the factory could not get a straight answer,if it's OK why does it say in the manual NOT.TO OVERFILL
While the service admin staff was great I was disappointed by the decision by the garage staff not to change out the worn front passenger sidecontrol arm which clearly will likely fail in the near future. The vehicle has 95k miles and the driver side has been replaced twice under warranty. Why buy an extended warranty?
The best service I've had in years. Brakes are good now and even replaced my windshield wipers. What a difference. Put a tag for when my next visit will be due is great. (last time they forgot) My hats off to everyone from Vinnie and the mechanic and whoever cleaned my car. This keeps me coming back.
I was given prompt courteous service and explanations of all the work. Also, estimates were given before any work began. The waiting area was spacious and clean with plenty of water and snacks. I’ll be returning when the needed 60,000 mile check up approaches.
