I am not sure why I was charged so much for a "diagnosis" when I reported the problem when I made the appointment. Worse, the part wasn't available. I feel like I got swindled. I will not have the repair done, and I will not be back. The salesman was polite and apologetic, but it still didn't change my overall impression. I waited 3 hours, and I walked away without getting my window fixed (but still had to pay $200).
I don’t know why I was charged $100 for the update of the center console when it says no charge on the receipt
