Hello. Ken was great with me. But, the time it took to repair my car was extremely long. And very disappointing that every time I bring my car in for service, it NEVER gets washed . What’s with that ???
Last week I was charged for a diagnostic that should have been covered. While there they couldn't get my dash display to work. They scheduled me an appointment to get it replaced for today and the part wasn't even in!!! I WENT FOR NOTHING! NO EMAIL, NO TEXT, NO CALL! When the part comes in I'll have to make a third visit! I need reimbursement for my $195 charge, PLUS inconvenience.
Alex was entirely professional at all times. He was polite and respectful throughout.

The service was great but the estimate for replacing the rear brake pads is more than double what other repair places charge. I don’t mind paying extra to get the expertise of a Subaru dealership but the price I was quoted has convinced me to stop bringing my car to the dealership for any further service.
