My opinion, but I believe 2 hours is a long wait for an oil change. Yes, I did have an appointment.
I greatly appreciate the service. Everything was great, I just didn’t understand why I wasn’t able to get a loaner and the service took over 4 hours. I requested a loaner when I called to schedule the appointment, but wasn’t given one for the reason mentioned when arrived. I had to wait an hour before I was told there was a shuttle service as well. Overall appreciate everything subaru does.
