I worked with Paolo Rodriguez and would recommend him to anyone. A sweet human focused on making his customers feel comfortable with their purchase.
Overall, the service was great. Sam did a great job explaining the package and pricing. Even tho, I was give a totally different price by the scheduler.
Also, huge minus from the experience is that I was not able to receive a loaner. I had a TON of errands to do and they all got postponed because I did not receive a loaner.
Please fix this! My parents take their Lexus for an oil change and they get a loaner.

Very pleased with first appointment for new Outback.Joe was great in explaining service and arranging for Bryce to take us to Costco and pick us up when service complete. First class in every aspect. Our car was washed and even vacuumed when promised. A great team and look forward to many years of check-ups and maintenance. Thanks to all the technicians who took care of our car and us! Gianna did a great job communicating and having the technicians take a second look when the first time through did not determine the problem. Also lining up a loaner for the duration of time till the part came in and my car was repaired.
When removing cabin air filter or must have rested on dashboard. Passenger side dashboard had a few crumbs, dust, particles that seemed to be from air filter. Not a big deal but…

I asked Patrick to have the service technician to check the two areas under the car- where he & I both saw condensation/ water on the service area floor. Hopefully, it was properly checked!
