I waited three hours to be told that I would have to wait three hours more in order to replace tires and an alignment. The option of staying or leaving and coming back was eliminated by no loaners available. Now I have to come back for a service on another day that would take an additional three hours of my time to fix. I believe that it should have been found out the first time I had gotten my car serviced. Lastly, when I got in my car the plastic for the seat the paper for the flooring was left on the seat.
My advisor was excellent in communicating and understanding what I needed. He is very professional.
There is no point to making an appointment if it takes an hour and a half to do an oil change.
I plan on taking my vehicle elsewhere for oil changes

I had tire rotation , they changed my tire on rear left and they changed cabin. Filter ..When i on my way home, my tire pressure on left front is 26. I was about to go back but I don’t have time beacuse I had something to do.Please double check all before it will handed to the owner beacuse it takes and waste of time to go back again.Thank you
