It was quite a long wait for an oil change, and I appreciate Sam giving me a discount as a courtesy for the inconvenience.

Joey is extremely kind and helpful. He explained all the options of care I could receive for my vehicle. While waiting for my car care to be completed, Joey treated other patrons with the same respect and kindness he gave me. Very professional!

Gianna was outstanding. After having some difficulty getting a repair problem resolved following a Subaru recall, Gianna contacted my wife and I and said she would help us out. A little later the service manager called and said he did not want to discuss what could have happened with the repair, but instead wanted to focus on how he could get our car back to us fully repaired. It was refreshing to hear someone provide that kind of service. Gianna spoke with my wife and had a loaner dropped off at her school and picked up the car. Gianna also said she would call both my wife and I with updates. She followed through and we each received a couple of calls from Gianna including that the car was ready and that there will be no charge for a diagnostic test we previously paid for and the repair of the oil sensor light. Though we made 3 trips out to International, the care and service we received was excellent. I have been a big fan of the Subaru brand and constantly tell people that we love the Outback and Impreza we bought from International. I will continue to remark on the service and quality that Subaru provides. And I would like to recognize Gianna for providing us with one of the best customer experiences we’ve ever had. Thank you. Gianna was very helpful and the work done by the craftsman in the body shop was excellent!

The individual helping me was giving me the option to opt of the complimentary service. I found that odd when I mentioned that if it was $0 that I would take it.

I did emailed you and explained everything oil's stains and bent hood after service will contact you cuz you need to repair what you broke thank you.

I came in to get the tire pressure sensor warning light fixed but it wasn’t fixed. I told them that no matter how much air it always comes back on. They pumped up the tires and then gave back the car but the warning light was still on. I told them I thought the sensor needed to be cleaned but they didn’t even try. Just offered to make another appointment to waste more of my time

All was great! I have so so many emails hope I don’t overlook your survey. I know important for you.
