It appears that I have a new fluid leak from the rear axle. I’ll be contacting the service desk to get this repaired.
Katy helped me out. She is my go to person. I was hearing a loud whining noise in my engine so I took it in for a diagnostic test. The mechanic found that the idler and tensioner pulleys were beginning to fail. They both advised that I should not drive the vehicle home. Katy set me up with a loaner car right away. The parts were replaced and I came back to pick it up the next day. I was also informed of some other parts that need attention on my car. I couldn’t get them replaced that day, but thanks to Katy and the mechanic informing me I can plan my budget to replace them in the near future. I appreciate Katy and the mechanic keeping me informed on what needs attention on my car. This is why I always stick with Katy. She always talks to the mechanics and keeps me informed on my vehicle and things I’ll need to look at in the future.
