Caity offered me a loaner when I arrived making my experience much easier. She kept in contact with me about concerns and progress on the car repairs. She explained all aspects of the levels of the tune-up options. On pick-up she deleted a charge due to Subaru's error of maintenance. I appreciate everything she did for me. She is always pleasant and totally competent.

Gianna was awesome. She had lots of info for me and I asked her to slow down to give me time to read what I was asked to sign. She did and after that gave me updates and explained the new multi point inspection form when I paid. Super service!

Sam is terrific. I’ve never had a service writer at any dealership communicate more effectively than Sam. And all the maintenances and few repairs have been done when he said they would be and for the estimate he presented.
