She explained all aspects of the levels of the tune-up options. On pick-up she deleted a charge due to Subaru's error of maintenance. I appreciate everything she did for me. She is always pleasant and totally competent.

Sam is terrific. I’ve never had a service writer at any dealership communicate more effectively than Sam. And all the maintenances and few repairs have been done when he said they would be and for the estimate he presented.
