I arrived at approximately 10:10 for a 10:20 appointment. Finally got out of there at about 1:00 pm (3 hrs!) finding out that their diagnostic test showed no problems. Definitely should not have taken that long especially since I had an appointment.

The service advisor was polite and professional, but the work of the technicians was amateur level.
I would sooner bring my car to Jiffy Lube for anything than return here. After having my vehicle for three days, International Subaru was unable to diagnose why my vehicle was not starting/running. After replacing my battery, technicians did not secure the battery with the tire down bar, or properly attach the terminal clamps to the battery posts. Once I got my vehicle back home, I was able to diagnose the issue within minutes.
