I was a little disappointed in how long the service took, but did not expect that I would not be charged. That took me by surprise. So very thoughtful of Sam to do that! I left feeling confident that my car was in good shape!

I took my car in for a cvt transmission recall. It was left there the whole day and I got an email regarding the maintenance that needed to be done to my car and was told it passed the recall test and no transmission was needed. I picked the car up and drove it about 15mins away, parked it in a store parking lot. When I came out to my car it started and cut right off four consecutive times. I waited a little while and tried a fifth time and it started. I took it straight back to the dealership because I have never experienced that before. I was told that could look at it on Monday at my expense because nothing that did could have caused that! I left very frustrated and upset knowing that I have never had any issues before.

She took the time to explain the services available, checked in with me during to let me know the status and even washed my vehicle. Once finished she reviewed my vehicle’s standings.

Your service people need some training however. My car had a burnt out drivers side headlamp. I wanted it replaced as well as the passenger side bulb replaced as a preventative measure. It wasn’t until I got in my garage that I saw the passenger side bulb was not working. Returned to the dealer immediately. Problem diagnosed as electrical connector not fully seated to the bulb. Bulb works ok after reseating connector. I would suggest your service people verify their repairs work after completion of their repair.

Billy was incredibly helpful and understanding. I felt that he went above and beyond to make sure that I felt comfortable and happy with the service. the entire team provided quality service with minimal friction.
Billy was absolutely wonderful. He was patient, kind and kept me posted on the status of my vehicle and made sure I understood the problems my vehicle had and the urgency for the necessary repairs. I truly appreciated his service.
