The coolant level was supposed to be checked with the express service oil change and multipoint inspection but when I rechecked the coolant level after the car sat for a few hours,the level was below the "LOW" level mark and per the owners manual it should have been topped off with coolant to the full mark. I am not too concerned as there is still coolant in the reserve tank. I realize these things happen as the service area was very busy. All I ask is that it be topped off the next time the car is serviced. Otherwise I was very happy with the service I received at international Subaru. Sincerely Joseph R

I'm a nurse and work nights. Dave was nice enough to suggest a quiet, darker area to sit in where I could sleep after getting off work while waiting for my car to be serviced. That was incredibly kind. Only comment is that your chairs are horribly uncomfortable. The low backs don't give enough support. If I hadn't been up for 30+ hours, there's no way I Coyle ever fall asleep in one. Recliners would be nice lol
