I had oil change about three wks ago, same time scdle for exast leek, they order the parts, no body called,finaly when i called they are waitng for parts. next time when i talk to Katie the advisor she told me the part are in, i am still getting maintenance , oil and filtor change sign, i inform to Billy before still they did not taking care

Waited two and a half hours for an oil change
I appreciate how accommodating Billy was. He followed through on a couple of other requests I had about things I wanted looked at. I was told from, I believe her name was Lisa with a long Italian last name, that I would also be receiving some paperwork from Billy via an email. I wondered if it was sent.
I didn’t like being talked down to by the service rep. It was an unpleasant experience.
