She multitasks so that her team and her customers all get their needs met. Katie is the single most valuable asset you have. And if you aren’t offering her incentives to stay, you better get on it. Katie can write her own ticket anywhere in this industry.

Katy did a great job as always. She is my go to person. I’m am sad to hear she is leaving. I’ve been getting service at Subaru for many years and she has been the most helpful person I have worked with. She always kept me updated on my vehicle and was never shy to show me all my options and any future services my vehicle might need. She always goes out of her way to make sure you have the best service experience. People like that are hard to find these days.
