Working. She took car in and since I didn’t have another car I had to wait. She mention it would take along time. It did but she kept me informed but went home with car that totally worked. I felt she did great job and I appreciated all she did.
Billie did an exceptional job . He took time to listen to my concerns with the car issue. He continued to inform me about while thecar was being serviced. Billie then followed through with a detailed explanation of the findings and assured me if there was any more problems with the issue he and your service department will be there to help.

I was satisfied this time, but the last time I was there on o8/08/2022, the service advisor entered the wrong milage on the service form.
She entered 70482, and the mileage on my car was actually 20482. Needless to say, this created a problem with the Carfax report.
I had a time in getting Carfax to remove it and insert the correct mileage for my car.
It was a good wait. they did a great job

This has nothing to do with the service advisor but the fact that Subaru wants to charge $185 for a software update to the radio. This seems completely absurd.
