Tracy did a fantastic job. I didn’t have an appointment but with radio, gps, and phone not working. I was concern would the car computer stop Working. She took car in and since I didn’t have another car I had to wait. She mention it would take along time. It did but she kept me informed but went home with car that totally worked. I felt she did great job and I appreciated all she did.

Billie did an exceptional job . He took time to listen to my concerns with the car issue. He continued to inform me about while thecar was being serviced. Billie then followed through with a detailed explanation of the findings and assured me if there was any more problems with the issue he and your service department will be there to help.

I was satisfied this time, but the last time I was there on o8/08/2022, the service advisor entered the wrong milage on the service form. She entered 70482, and the mileage on my car was actually 20482. Needless to say, this created a problem with the Carfax report. I had a time in getting Carfax to remove it and insert the correct mileage for my car.

This has nothing to do with the service advisor but the fact that Subaru wants to charge $185 for a software update to the radio. This seems completely absurd.
