Patrick was great except that he apparently did not apply my coupons- I don’t see them listed anywhere on my invoice.

Communication was not satisfactory. I had to call to get the status on my car on day 1 and day 2. While Tracey was very pleasant and apologetic, I had to call her to get any info.
I could not be more satisfied or please with the service that I received today from everyone at International Subaru, especially from Evey, I believe that she went way out of her way in order to please me seeing that I am a little handicapped. Whatever you do please never lose an employee like that. I thank everyone at International Subaru, I have always been treated with great respect.

I spoke with Sam and Billy about all of my concerns; from being mandated to leave a deposit days after dropping the vehicle off and not being allowed an option to provide a Cc # over the phone, and not having a vehicle to make it back to the service shop, and not having a shuttle available to pick me up was a huge inconvenience. Could have asked for the deposit before I left the first time. Parts being delayed was another issue and miscommunication or lack of communication at times was frustrating as well.

There was a hiccup with my service and even though Katelyn was leaving the job in 2 days, she worked hard that day to resolve the issue. She also followed up with me on her last day at the store to thank me (again!) for my patience and “being cool” about the hiccup and to reassure me that the I would be taken care of. I expressed appreciation and said it could have been worse!
Joey did a great job of addressing the issue with my car and helping me get to work on time. As always, I am nothing but satisfied. Thank you!
