The service person who took care of me was very friendly and professional
Patrick was great. He greeted me when I came in. I let him know what the problem with my outback was (battery). He told that they would check out the problem and gave me an estimate on how long it would take. While I was waiting Pat came in a couple of times to let me know what work was being done and how long it would take. Very pleased with the service.
Tracy was great! I had a 1:30 appointment for an oil change and the car was finally done at 3:30 . The car was not washed and the plastic and the dirty floor mat were left in the car. I’ll be getting my oil changes elsewhere in the future. Tracy was the only positive experience of the day
After a 45 minute drive and a 35 minute wait I was told the needed parts to complete the recall on my vehicle were not available and service would have to be rescheduled. The appointment had been made over a week ago. Completely unacceptable that no effort was made to try and
Get the parts elsewhere- another dealer or something, or to contact me to let me know I didn’t need to make the drive/ reschedule commitments, etc
When I pulled my vehicle into the service area no employee wanted to wait on me . I felt like I had to beg for service. It sad your employees don’t greet the customers. I was highly satisfied with the work completed. However, I was not satisfied with the wait after the service to have my car washed. It took an hour to have it washed. If the wash is that backed up, tell the customer and let them decide if it's worth the wait.

It took 2 hours to get an oil change, with replacement of 2 air filters. It was excessively long.
Consistent with my prior service visits, Sam Schwager is the best! I have been getting cars serviced for over 52 years at many, many dealerships and I have to say he has been at the top. Knowledgeable with a great personality. I always bring in my Forester when he is working, always request him as my service tech and have never been disappointed with his recommendations. Too few people in today's workforce have a sincere and genuine interest in the customer while also having the ability to just have a real conversation. 2 and 1/2 hours for an oil change is a bit long
Billy did all that he was authorized to do and I appreciate his efforts. However, the overall service department does not meet my expectatiins. The policies that appear to be in place are not clearly stated in the application of coupons. As a business owner, I know how easily it is to make rational decisions that only increase the bottom line and not put revenue in jeopardy. I have much more to say, but I will exhaust this small feedback box.
The car is running noticeably smoother after the 30k miles tune up. Thanks!
