Steven was very helpful with getting my Forester serviced for an oil change, tire rotation and multi-poiint inspection. I appreciated his going over the results before he handed me my car keys.
Got in and out in a timely manner
I scheduled a 12,000 mile service for my 2022 Outback and specifically asked how long it was expected to take. I was told multiple times it would be about an hour so I waited at the dealership. It in fact took over 2 1/2 hours with no explanation. If I was a walk in or things were backed up, no problem, but for a scheduled service that was ridiculous.
The wait even with an appointment was too long. Arrived at 8 for an oil change and tire rotation and didn’t leave until 10 am. Price of service also seemed high.
