I was never told of any issues in my car at check out . First time in 6yrs I received my car back dirty. The car had plastic covering on the seat. The only way I found out about issues I could have addressed was later opening a text message. Highly disappointed
At this point, I’ll need to wait and see if in fact my recurring problem with my lift gate is in fact resolved. Furthermore, I’ve lost some confidence in Subaru vehicles, because at 44K miles I’ve already had three windshield replacements and this last repeated failure. Hopefully I have a good experience from here. So I’m concerned about the car, but am extremely impressed with Sams follow through, communication and sustained effort to get me back on the road. I’m cautiously optimistic that the car will be reliable for the next 60K miles with just routine maintenance. If not for Sams approach would have probably given up on Subaru. Now we’ll see how it goes. Thanks
The service was an oil change and tire rotation. The drop-off was quick, wait in a pleasant environment and work and the car wash went quickly.
Customer Sevice was excellent and friendly. He explained to me everything.

International Subaru in Orland Park has been wonderful for services along with the family of workers who are patient and friendly. Customers are treated like family.

I had three tires replaced and there is white sticky goo in a bunch of places on my metal rims. Seems like the techs did a really crappy job of cleaning up after installing the new tires.
