My experience with Sam was excellent. I will always do my service with Sam. Ryan gave me a loner and then took the keys and left me standing there waiting for him to come back and give me the keys.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. While there, I was given a multi point inspection on my car, which I'm sure your familiar with. Everything was marked as "Good," however right when I turned on the car, I got an error that my windshield wiper fluid was low. Also, upon inspection, my coolant was low too. I let the service people know as well. Additionally, the brake fluid cap says it must be clean before taking off the cap to check the levels, but the cap was dirty, verifying that it was either done incorrectly, or not done at all. When I left I also noticed that my sticker was not changed. While I understand that is a complimentary service, either do it well or don't offer it. It leaves the driver with false sense that everything is ok.
