I did not receive a call-back or a phone update regarding my car service status. I brought my Forester in at 730am for a change oil, tire exchange, and break pads assessment. I initially opted to wait at Subaru while my car was being serviced. I said, Yes, for a rear break pads change at 947am via phone while I was still at Subaru showroom area. When I had my ride home, I told the desk to call me instead once service is done. He even checked my correct number on record. It was around 430pm, but I had not received any update. I called Subaru at once only to be told that the Service Area was closed for the day (that everyone was gone home), and that I should pick-up my car the next Monday. I “freaked out” because that was not a part of the deal. “This is unacceptable,” were my exact words to the person on the other end. My call was transferred to the Service Area that kept ringing, and then was followed by an auto voice message, and then the line was cut or whatever. After awhile of being helpless, I received a call from Subaru (from the same person I talked to earlier presumably) regarding the amount that I should be paying, and that I should be back at Subaru not later than 530pm that same afternoon or else I wouldn’t be able to until Monday. I got my car eventually thank you, BUT…
Joey and Sam are phenomenal! God has truly blessed Subaru with two kind, personable, and wonderful human beings. Every encounter I have had with Joey and Sam has been personable and exceptional. Truly thankful, grateful, and blessed.

My service experience was excellent and it didn't take long for my service to be completed. The only concern I had was the temperature in the customer waiting area was very cold. I was layer due to the outside temperatures for Friday morning but having to sit in a very cold room was difficult. Please adjust your thermostat for cold morning days!!
