They were my tires and they did not. So now I have to bring it back next week to have the tires rotated other than that everything was fabulous.
I am on day 3 of a cross-country trip from Maryland to California and my new 2023 Outback (less than 1000 miles) exhibited the Christmas tree effect. My family who live in Illinois (owners of multiple Subies) suggested I visit International Subaru. Their service department diagnosed the problem, provided top-notch service, offered shuttle assistance, etc. They did not have the part I needed, but located it at another dealer and then installed it (because we have to hit the road right away). Anyway, I have owned 4 Subarus over the past 15 years. International Subaru is probably the best service dept. I have visited. 5 stars.

Failed emission test twice after having new battery installed. Told to drive car100 miles & bring back in to see why but got charged even though they couldn't diagnose it fix issue to pass emissions

The additive did not get added as I requested.
This is the second time I‘ve requested this to be included and it has yet to be completed as I requested.
Evey was very helpful in explaining what was being done and answered all the questions I had.
Took way way too long plus that snack area was empty which helps waiting when u wait for over a hour to get a simple oil change
Not good
Just a quick note. The waiting room was very crowded and unfortunately, there was a person who was on a work call taking very loud. It was very disruptive. Is there any way you can post a note letting people know if they are on their phone to take the call outside. It would be better for all.
