Evey was really helpful and great at communicating with me through the whole process of replacing my tires. Also, not only did they clean the outside of my car, but they also vacuumed out the inside!!! That made my day.
In Feb I was called to say I had a bad tire, that was later retracted as a mistake and this time my appt was unnecessary for the recall appt.

I brought my car in because the back hatch would not open completely. Jose was extremely nice and professional and explained that I probably hit the memory button. After that had my car washed which was unnecessary and very much appreciated. 5 stars just for being nice!

I dont like to complain, but this is not the first time something has happened. After getting an oil change my steering wheel was greasy and my car smelled like motor oil when I started the heat. Not sure if oil was spilled near the fan in the engine bay or if it was from the oil on the steering wheel. Not what I'm expecting from bringing in my WRX to a dealership. I expect things like that at a jiffy lube or a random little oil change place.
Frank went out of his way to get me the repairs I needed in a timely way as well as price.
