This time I was asked if I was interested in dealer recommended items totaling $232. Stop with the unnecessary up charging of "recommended items" not included in Subaru's maintenance schedule. Lubricate chasis? There's no zerc fittings on this car. What are you lubricating? Grease door hinges, or engine flush. Totally unnecessary especially at 18k miles. The oil is full synthetic. It doesn't gum up like old conventional heavy weight oil used to. I can get all the BG additives on Amazon for $35. I bought the car from Gerald Subaru. It has a lifetime power train warranty that as long as I follow Subaru's maintenance schedule that's in the book I'm fine.
There were no oil change coupons available. The one online on your site is really not a coupon. It is the exact same price. A coupon would at least give you something off. And you do not offer Senior discounts. That's a shame.

Evey Merriman did great job. Truly satisfied with her performance. It was disappointing to find that the part needed for our installation was for the wrong year. This error was not discovered until our Crosstrek was in the shop. Certainly understand mistakes happen but we waited over an hour until the problem was discovered.
