I waited two hours for a simple oil change. She was dismissive of my concerns about the excessive wait. She insinuated that I did not present for service on time when in fact I was there BEFORE my scheduled appointment. An oil change does not take 2 hours. My wait should’ve never been two hours with an appointment. If morning walk in express oil changes only take 30 minutes, why would a scheduled oil change take 2 hours? I’ve always had pleasant & prompt service at the dealership. It’s unfortunate that this has changed.
I dropped off my car at the scheduled day and time, Saturday at 7:40am. I was told by the representative, Joey, that one of the technicians was not at work that day, and as a result, my car would more than likely not be repaired that day. He did tell me that the car’s issues would be diagnosed on Saturday, however, and that I should expect a phone call later Saturday afternoon. No one called Saturday. The dealership was obviously closed Sunday. No one from the dealership called me on Monday. I called Monday at 3:30 to receive some information about my car. I was told that someone had already contacted me. That was not true! I spoke to no one from the dealership until I called Monday. The only correct thing the dealership did was not charge me the $185 diagnostic fee. Because of this experience, I chose not to have repairs completed at this dealership, and I never will in the future. I will take my Outback to Hawk Subaru instead.
She was very nice, personable and very efficient. She made me feel very comfortable from the time I arrived until I left. Great Customer Service Skills!
