Very disappointed with the service rep. I was told the customers go outside to retrieve their vehicles, he stated the drive up service was discontinued ; I’m sitting there seeing some customers getting the service. Upon my arrival he stated that I was the first person but I was the last to leave.

This was all on a brand new car with 800 miles
Gerald is very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles. He was very patient with listening to me and answering my questions and keeping me updated on the status of completion of my service.
