Gerald and the team at Orland Audi once again assisted when a tire issue occurred. It was not an obvious nail/screw/road hazard, but Gerald was able to figure out the issue and was quickly able to locate a replacement specialty tire for my Audi A6. It was not a great time for this to happen, but Audi stepped up and made the repair/replacement process simpler without throwing off my patient schedule much at all. Appt was for 8 am with a loaner and was reminded multiple times then show up and not taken on time and not offered a loaner.

No fault of the dealer or service advisor. However, I’m completely dissatisfied that a single part to fix the issue with my car is not in stock readily available. This is unacceptable. I’m looking on line at third party parts resellers and the part number
4M0-883-920 is ready and available to be purchased.
This is a brand new car, so for the seat head rest not to work it is totally unacceptable by me. Great service, great follow up but no resolution of the issue so NO I’m not satisfied at all.
