Mr Kobe is a good mechanic to work with
The most horrendous service ever. Poor communication and follow up. Service writer made me feel like i was bothering him., because he refused to give status updates. Car had been in and out the service department since MARCH and they still couldn’t repair it. I would never go back to this dealership. They need more customer service training.
The Jaguar of Tinley Park has the worst customer service I ever experience I will not ever bring my car back here again. I felt so disrespected and so many ways.

Steven was amazing! He always has gone above and beyond for me and my vehicle. Everytime since the first time we met Steven has been understanding, caring, and respectful. He is truly an angel at his job. I told Chip (service manager) how outstanding he was the first time and this last time. During my recent visit he even kept his promise having my car ready for my birthday! He even purchased a card and flower and it so happened to be yellow, my favorite. The fact that he took the liberty to purchase me something and it was yellow made my day 1000000 times better! Steven was beyond phenomenal! I truly appreciate and respect the dedication Steven has for his job and customers!! Beyond thankful I came here and had the pleasure of having Steven as my service representative!!!! Chip, once again Steven needs a raise. Thank you both again for EVERYTHING!!
