I live closer to another Jaguar dealer, but your service people, your mechanics, your facility, and the honest appraisal of the maintenance needed on my F-Type motivate me to drive 15 miles rather than 2 to the other dealer. Thanks for a great job.

For me, a loaner would have been nice. The estimated time for my vehicle to be completed was off by 3 days causing an real inconvenience in terms of getting back and forth to work.
