Poor service my vehicle did not come in with all these faults. Now I have an undeliverable vehicle after paying $5400.00 for repairs with the original problem and then original issues.

Mr.Kobe Easley is the ultimate professional. He made sure that I was made aware of every detail related to my service. I had a new water pump installed and it took a few days for the parts to arrive and I was well informed during the entire process. Mr.Easley is a valuable asset to Jaguar Land Rover. With the knowledge, customer service, and high level of professionalism Mr. Easley should definitely be considered for a promotion.
