First of All I ordered a tire Friday 4 days before coming to the Shop. I was told my tire will be in on Monday . No one called to Confirm my Tire was In. I call the shop Monday 9 times and no one picked Up in Service , I called back and Asked to speak with the Manager he didn’t pick up 5 times so I came into the Shop Wednesday8/31 yesterday and was told by a Elder man who works in Parts the tire was never Ordered. I spoke to someone at the front Desk and he said He saw the tire in the back and Lord behold there was My Tire . It took them almost 4 hours to install a freaking Tire but that’s not the SAD party, They know I was Driving out of town and Lordy the New tire went Flat I had to Call Road Service to find out to Find out the Rim was cracked above some part of the Rim that the Tech should have Saw because it’s a Major section of the Rim to install the Tire. I’m Boiling ???? now I have a Donut on my Car and can’t Really drive on the Express way the tire was can Go 55 miles her Hour . I missed the Conference because of Poor Service. I’m not new to this Shop and I see a Major Lack of Customer Service. The Manager sit on his **** and doesn’t Acknowledge any Complains at the Desk his Door is Open but He don’t take Charge of this Shop . Good Customer Service starts at the Top . If the Manager has more Compassion for the Customer it will trickier down to the Staff , The Cashiers has More Sympathy that the Manager. They told me I could go talk to Him Myself and I Did and 5 mins later My car was Ready . Jacked up now I have to find a Shop to Repair while out of Town , If the Technician would have Only payed Attention and not socializing with the Other Staff Members I wouldn’t be on this Mess Road Trip Nightmare.

Communication was poor, service was poor, and respecting customers time and convenience was very poor.
I have not have my car serviced at this location for over two years. The service manager Chip was awesome and Kobe was so communicative. I did not have to reach out once, I look forward to my next service with them.
