We took the car in for service, then a warranty repair. After the warranty repair the alignment was off and the car felt unsafe to drive. When we returned the car for this service, to find out what changed since the warranty repair, I was told the alignment was off (which we knew) and the car needs new tires. Neither service prior to this one were we instructed to or advised to get the tires repaired. There was definitely something wrong after the warranty work and we were never given an explanation. The car had to be towed to the dealership then I had to haul it back home since it didn’t get fixed.

Robert didn’t do anything wrong. It was just a surprise finding out you were short staffed. I couldn’t even get a ride to the dealership to get my car today. Is there a strike going on?

You had my car for almost a month for a $400 repair which I could have just paid out of pocket and waited for the warranty to reimburse. You lost my contact for over a week for 2 weeks nobody contacting me return my calls
