Robert was very professional, informative, and he deliver quick responses to my text message inquiries. He is an asset to your dealership!Service was completed in a timely manner. However, my vehicle was not washed, vacuumed, etc…as the check off sheet indicated. That’s probably my fault because I stated I would pick up the car first thing the next morning. My issue lies with upper management and the not honoring a 10% off 120k inspection. Apparently, the coupon expired four few weeks earlier. I waited until my LR4 had 120k to bring it in for the inspection. With what I have spent at your dealership over the years the not honoring the coupon was spoke volumes and I found it not only disappointing, but offensive. It’s not the $80 that offends me, it’s the fact that it was even an issue. I have a BMW and there’s never a question regarding like matters. Customer service to loyal (10+ years) patrons should not be dismissed so easily. When considering the purchase of my next vehicle I will remember the service I’ve received over the years. I will also share my experience and recommendations with others. We’re not buying Ford Fiesta’s, or KIAs. We expect more when it comes to customer service.

I made an appointment for 9 am yet without persistent phone calls my car was not Completed till 6 pm… if it is going to be a full day I feel a courtesy car should be available. Whats the point if making an appointment if you are not going to service my car

Absolutely terrible communication. My car was in the shop for 12 days for a 32,000 maintenance, oil change, and a popping noise in the back. Popping noise could not be identified by the technician. When I asked for updates on the car I received Bs excuse that I have in text about some bulletins the tech needed to read. Finally I received a text stating the car was done. When I arrive a miscellaneous charge was added to my bill. This probably has been the worst service department I have had to deal with.
Call people back when you say you are going to call them. Communication.
