Kobe told me he would be calling me within 2 days to give me an update on the status of parts ordered for my vehicle. I called multiple times to speak with him or any other associate and even the manager and no one called me back or answered my calls. There were times I was placed on hold for minutes only to have someone pick up then hang up to disconnect the call. The customer service is horrible. I called and spoke with an associate named Robert who was nice enough to help inform me of the status of the parts and schedule a date for servicing the vehicle. Needless to say, I’m completely disappointed in the handling of this issue.

I was not made aware that they would need to keep my car for 4 days so I could make arrangements. I also never received a status update regarding my vehicle. I had to call every day and if I was lucky enough to speak to someone, I kinda got an update. Customer service was way more informative in the pass.

Because you lack having enough properly trained technicians, my vehicle sat in your shop, unattended for 7 weeks. There are no words to adequately capture my utter frustration and extremely disappointing experience.. I even had to pay for the return towing service after an offer to compensate me was made.

It took over two months for my car to be repaired. It was impossible for me to get repair updates. I tried calling numerous times and was always left waiting for someone to call me back. Only communication I received was through text messages and even that took way too long. I tried calling sales manager and service manager, left them a voicemail and never received a call back. Looks like to me that once you sell the car, you do not care for the customer anymore. Unacceptable.

Lots of miscommunication, no customer service, couldn’t contact service, car not completed after being told it would be, car not washed after being told it would be and held a extra day, terrible experience

A new issue was created while my vehicle was in for service. It was apparent that after the recall and oil change service was completed my car was not driven because had it been the issue would have been discovered before pickup. After pickup and driving just out the dealership I instantly heard the noise and drove around to see if it would continue which it did so I returned to the service department. After explaining the new issue I was told that it could not be assessed immediately because the technician was working on another vehicle. I was told it would be looked at the same day but no time commitment given so my 45 drive on a Friday and with the cost of gas added additional expenses to my service. I’m happy to say that the issue was resolved (loose cable) but not after driving round trip (4 hours later) to retrieve my vehicle. I will be contacting the service manager on Monday to request a credit/reimbursement.

Upon arriving for my vehicle service my first interaction was with the service desk person who had an uninviting aura just not pleasant at all. He asked me what could he do for me I told him I had an appt scheduled for 10:00, he entered my name in the system then said I had nothing scheduled, I then showed him my email confirmation then with an attitude says give me your keys then proceeds to walk out the door ,didn't direct me where the sitting area was just walked out into the garage area. I had to ask another younger male where the waiting area was(he was super pleasant). After 10-15 minutes he comes to the waiting area to tell me I shouldn't be bringing my vehicle in until October of 2023, I told him that when I bought the vehicle I was told by my salesperson not to wait 2years but bring it in a year and at that time we scheduled the appointment. The service guy then says okay fine but it's gone be 200+ dollars. In my opinion he was awful. on a scale 1 -10 for customer service skills , I would give him a negative zero.
