When I go to see what going on (kobe) he don’t even order the part and he just ignore me /so he orders the part and one of the part was wrong size
This is my first time and for sure it going to be the last time
My total to fix car almost 6000 dollars but he don’t give me a car so I can used in tall my car ready ( disrespectful)
I got there at 8:25 didn’t leave until 2:00
My experience was horrible. Lack of communication and organization made this the worst service experience since I have owned a Jaguar. At the previous dealership, even during the Hight of the pandemic, I receive far superior service. I am completely dissatisfied with the experience.
The entire experience was horrible! It was very poor communication from the moment I dropped my vehicle off. The service advisors rarely answered calls and never had a clear explanation of exactly what work was being performed. I will not be back!!
Service was much improved over my first visit a few years ago.

Your services are significantly over-priced relative to other Land Rover dealerships and it takes a long time to get a service appointment.
Quick service and very responsive. Was able to get my startup battery replaced along with software updates within a day when another Jaguar dealership within the same distance of me wouldn’t have been able to get me in for a month.
