No one at this dealership takes accountability for the damage they have done to the customers vehicle. I brought my vehicle with my trust in this dealership. Now I’m having a new engine put in my vehicle and your dealership denies ruining the engine after a simple oil change and inspection which showed nothing was wrong with my vehicle. I am going to file a complaint oath the state of Illinois.

Frank was an excellent ambassador for the firm. Could not be happy with his personal attention and delivery of what and when promised. My previous experience with the service department at the dealership was horrible, I was ready to move to a different dealer. Based on the most recent two experiences I’ve decided to stay.

It's very difficult to schedule service and to reach anyone in your department. I understand you recently had employee turnover but this needs to be corrected if you want return buyers.

The service rep did not go over my inspection report with me at all. I was merely sent to the cashier then once I got home and received the report via email i noticed i had areas in the yellow and red. When i called to question it he was rude and unhelpful in his responses.

Frank Rossi is a real asset to the Jaguar Team, Frank communicates with his customers by keeping them informed throughout the service process. I called on 12/6/2022 to make an appointment and stressed the point of having a loaner vehicle so I didn’t have to wait. So representative told me it was over a months wait so we scheduled for the next available date that a loaner was available which was 1/16/2023. So I gets to my appointment for Frank to let me know I can’t book a loaner with call center. Now that was crazy to me I’ve been waiting over a month to get my vehicle serviced and still would have to wait and had to be at work. Then I was charged $231 for them to do a diagnostic test that took less than hour and will not be credited to the charge to fix the problem. Now I’m out of $231 and my car hasn’t even been serviced and I still have to wait for Frank to call me for a loaner. Then being told by several people that it’s cool to drive with the check engine light on. Like this vehicle cost to much to be driving around with the check engine light on. It just didn’t rub me the right way cause I have to go through so many hoops to get a car service from the dealer. Customer service should definitely be retrained.

Frank Rossi changes my mind about LRO. At first, I was NEVER taking my vehicle back to LRO for service, due to the extremely unprofessional level of interaction i experienced with the service reps there. Not to mention, I couldn’t even get a an adequate update on my vehicle before Frank’s arrival. Which has been at the dealership for an entire month. Talking to Frank, I felt that I was provide the service experience and level of professionalism, that I am accustomed to.

You’re lucky to have Andrew after that mess I was dealing with since July. My customer service prior to Andrew was unacceptable.
