Where should I start first of all I was over charged for my Range Rover by 10 grand but that’s my fault for not doing my research first. 2nd they added extra perks that they didn’t tell me about that made the final price of vehicle the amount that made my car note higher than it should’ve been.3rd I noticed that the driver side door strip is not flush with door I reported to sale representative and service department 2 months after purchasing vehicle year 21 and still waiting on repair.Brought vehicle in 5/4/23 finally they were going to replace it along with a faulty windshield fluid reservoir that was leaking they fix fluid leak but no trim on door left car there for over a week because they say “trim is on it way” after not hearing from no one I decided to pick my car up and service tells me soon as the part get in the will call 2 weeks later still no call. Range Rover Orland park has the worst customer service it’s a joke and I also wanted to purchase a new vehicle and The Guy with the bow tie is a joke and need to be demoted I can sell more cars than the manager with the bow tie he also stopped another salesman from selling me a car the I built with and told I’m not doing black on black that I wanted we got it up 62,000 after his comment the price went up another 10,000 salesman and I looked at each other I told don’t worry about it he very discouraging to both of us .if any more questions please email and when I get a response with phone info I’ll be happy to call you with more detail thank was a potential Buyer
