My car was not cleaned as I was promised at pick up. The services was drastically over priced.
My car is now dragging when I accelerate and is no longer riding smooth.
It does not feel like it is idled right due to the vibration under the driver seat when sitting still and not moving. The car is now drifting and the wheel isn’t tight anymore when turning. It’s more loose. when accelerating i feel shaking under the gas petal and it gets loud. I paid over spent over $1500 for a routine maintenance service in which my vehicle was returned much worse than when it was brought in. Not to mention my only reason for coming in was for my service light which alerted me of an oil change. All these other services were recommended by Billy as routine maintenance to alleviate future problems in which I agreed to only to find my vehicle with all these concerns making it uncomfortable to drive. Your high end car dealership out sources it's scheduling to Florida to a call center. This is very bait and switchy. You call Orland park and they transfer you to someone who has no clear understanding of high end dealership service. You all went cheap. Tax benefit? Maybe. I called round and round and on the 2nd day I asked your receptionist to NOT send me to Florida's call center, in fact, I begged and she reassured me and did it anyways. This is honestly one of the worst customer service experiences in my life. The only good was when I left a message with the dealer mansger and told him to get his head out of his ****. Only then did I get a call from a very nice man, who was able to check out my problem in no time. You know you think you're saving money but in fact your hurting your customers. As a retired Business Professor I might ask you to research disintermediation and the look for what reintermediation is. Anything for a buck? Catherine Bonzani

Great service. Diagnosed the problem, and was upfront about what the issue was. No pressure to purchase additional services, and kept me up to date on the progress of my vehicle's service.
Refused to troubleshoot vehicle while I had in aftermarket auto start. I then towed it to have auto start removed, after that towed it to another Subaru dealership
