My service was awesome. I would love to thank the Service Manager for a great team and excellent, professional service. Every 15 minutes I was informed regarding service and what need to be done on my Land Rover. The mechanic was awesome and my bill was $1,023.00. Thank you Land Rover for extraordinary work.

Billy replicated the service attention I used to receive when I worked with Ernie Sandoval. He listened to my concerns and asked questions to further identify what may be the problem. He was professional, informative, honest (I value that), helpful with offering me transportation home, and simply very kind. A breath of fresh air since my last two persons that assisted me with service matters were disappointing to the point I almost began taking my vehicle to your Burr Ridge facility. I will request Billy’s assistance in the future. He restored my faith in your dealership. He’s top notch!
