rear break make noise I told him to check but he send me report good condition but actually not that means he never check properly

The service manager this time was unbelievable tentative and accommodate me in big scale
After three days of the vehicle being in service , I picked up my vehicle this evening and driving it away for several blocks realized that thick smoke was coming from the mufflers and had to return it to be looked at. I spoke with Mr Townsend , the evening manager regarding the matter.
I originally broke vehicle in for a recall service and an inspection that resulted in a bill totaling over Three thousand dollars.
Olive 45 to 60 minutes away from your sales / service office. My spouse annd I anre retired and have been a loyal customer for literally several years.
Please re-examine the vehicle and advise. Also, please consider reimbursing me for this inconvenience.

I was told it will take about 1.5 hours. I was there well over 3 hours. I had to go to work. Had I known originally it was going to take that long I would have planned accordingly. I went to find someone to see how much longer & I spoke with Javier & he was apologetic. I just wish I had known it would take over 3 hours. I decided to come here because it’s closer to my house. I usually go to Howard Orloff. They are pretty clear with what to expect with respect to cost & service time needed.
